In the panel session, Dr. Abdurrahman Ahmed Wahab and Mr. David Wafula Waswa discussed pertinent issues about knowledge and knowledge acquisition, delving into the philosophical and sociological aspects of knowledge, and their relevance to education in the classrooms. Department of Mathematics Staff Visit the New TIU Library On September 20th, 2022, the Head of the Department of Mathematics Education at Tishk International University and department staff paid visited the new TIU library. The Library Director accompanied the staff during the tour, explaining the library sections and how they manage the library workflow. The Department of Mathematics was delighted to see many mathematics textbooks brought to the library. The staff will emphasise directing students to visit and read these textbooks to promote reading, research and development.
