The Biology Education and Computer Education Departments in collaboration with Career Development Center successfully organized a training program for fourth-year students, focusing on Career Development Skills and Entrepreneurship. The program commenced with the Career Development Skills Training Course, delivered by Ms. Zhikal Omar Khudhur. Students from Biology Education Department at Tishk International University participated in the Thailand Corner Competition, presenting a project on sustainable tourism in Thailand. The activity was organized by Tishk International University in cooperation with Thailand Consulate. The aim of the activity was to enhance students’ understanding of tourism, cultural exchange, and sustainable development while improving their research, presentation, communication, and teamwork skills. Promoting Environmental Responsibility at Shex Turab On May 15, 2026, second-stage students from the Biology Education Department participated in an environmental awareness field trip to Shex Turab under the supervision of: Mrs. Sawsan Hameed Dr. Abdulrahman Dogara Mr. Shnyar Qadir Mr. Dana Luqman The field activity focused on educating visitors about proper waste management practices and encouraging responsible environmental behavior. On May 2026, students from the Biology Education Department at Tishk International University organized an educational field trip to Shex Turab under the supervision of Sawsan Hamid, Abdulrahman Dogara, Shnyar Qadir, and Dana. The primary aim of the trip was to collect and study different insect species in their natural habitats as part of the students’ practical entomology training.
