Biotechnology Students Engage in a Thought-Provoking Debate on Human Gene Editing
Raman Azeez2026-05-07T11:37:13+03:00As part of the Biotechnology course activities, a scientific debate entitled “Should Human Gene Editing (CRISPR) Be Allowed for Non-Medical Purposes such as Intelligence and Appearance?” was successfully conducted yesterday (May 6th, 2026) under the supervision of Mr. Harmand A. Hama. The debate featured two groups of 3rd grade students who presented opposing perspectives on the ethical, social, and scientific implications of human gene editing technologies.
