Tishk International University Hosts Professional Development Presentation on Stress Management and Academic Dedication
Faculty of Education at Tishk International University organized a professional development presentation entitled “Stress Management and Academic Dedication” on 30 October 2025 in the university Meeting Room. The session brought together academic and administrative staff members to discuss practical strategies for managing workplace stress and maintaining professional commitment in higher education environments.
The presentation was delivered by Mrs. Mardin Sadraddin Noori, who shared insights into the causes of stress among university staff and highlighted effective techniques for improving productivity, emotional well-being, time management, and work-life balance. The session emphasized that stress management is not only important for personal wellness but also for enhancing teaching quality, research performance, and institutional success.
Participants actively engaged in discussions on common academic challenges, including heavy workloads, deadlines, research responsibilities, and personal commitments. The activity provided a valuable opportunity for staff members to exchange experiences and learn practical methods for sustaining motivation and professional dedication.
The main aim of the activity was to promote a healthier and more productive academic environment by raising awareness about stress management and encouraging positive professional practices.
