Debate on “Which one makes people avoid doing evil, the power of law or conscince?” held in Tishk International University on 30th January of 2019.The debate was between Komar University and Soran University. The debate included 8 participants, each participant had 4 minutes to support his/her argument.At the end of the intersting debate which lasted over one hour, SORAN was declared a winner by the Jury Committee.
