We would like to thank to 3rd and 4th grade students and their advisor Dr.Hamdi Serin for their excellent work on the project presentation. The project presentation aimed to give fantastic ideas how to teach the basic math topics in a different and understandable way for students. It was not an elegant performance but also a memorable show for participiants.
Guidelines: *Students will prepare a film of 2 min-5 min. *No limitations for tools: professional video cameras or mobiles can be used. *Everybody in the movie will be from IU. One of the cast or crew needs to be a student from the Faculty of Education. Technical support can be taken from out of IU during montage stage. *It can be fiction or nonfiction. * Deadline for submission is January 3, 2017. *Submission can be on DVD or USB memory. *You may see Mr. Başar Batur (room 238) for details.

The Project Based Learning Exhibition was organized by Maths 3 students On December 9th. Dean of Education Faculty Dr.Celik started the opening ceremony and visited all the projects one by one .He evaluated the projects with students of the Maths 3.The exhibition were visited by a great amount of people. Mathematics Education department have recently organized terminology competition to improve understanding of math ability and increase their reading and writing math skills. The significant organization contained three sections that were writing, pronunciation and definition. In the writing part we pronounced a term from mathematical terminology then each group wrote the word of this sound in ten seconds. In the second section; the competitors selected a number from one to twenty one randomly then we clicked on it then that group saw the word then the representative of the group pronounced this term.
