Debate on “Should death penalty be implemented according to law” held in Tishk International University on 29th January of 2019.The debate was between University of Kurdistan and Erbil Polytechniuqe University. The debate included 8 participants, each participant had 4 minutes to support his/her argument.At the end of the intersting debate which lasted over one hour, University of Kurdistan was declared a winner by the Jury Committee.
