Dear ELT 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade students,

We are pleased to inform you that registration for the spring semester has officially begun. The registration period will run from January 26, 2025, to February 13, 2025.

Classes for the new semester will commence on Sunday, February 2, 2025. We highly recommend that you complete your registration before the deadline to avoid any conflicts and ensure a smooth start to the term.

How to Complete Your Registration

To successfully register for your courses, please follow these four essential steps:

  1. Visit the Accounting Office: Go to the Accounting Office in the Main Building (Office 140) to make your tuition fee payment.
  2. Activate Your Account: Confirm with the accountant that your student account has been activated after the payment is processed.
  3. Select Your Courses: Log in to the Students’ SIS system and select all the required courses you need to take for the spring semester.
  4. Contact Your Supervisor: Reach out to your supervisor to approve your course selections, which will finalize your registration.
