Note: The Kurdish language is not included in the NA list due to some technical issues; it will be available soon.
Important Exam Regulations for English Language Teaching Students
Please review the following regulations carefully to ensure a smooth examination period:
- Check the Schedule: Always double-check your schedule daily for your subject, exam hall, date, and time before coming to the university.
- Punctuality: Be at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the exam begins.
- Materials: Bring only your own materials, including a pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener.
- Prohibited Devices: You are not permitted to bring any electronic devices into the exam halls, such as earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones.
- Cheating Policy: Possession of any unauthorized writings or materials will be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’. Do not have any pamphlets, books, or bags near you or under your desk.
- Speaking During Exam: Once exam papers are distributed, speaking will not be tolerated and may also be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’.
- Emergencies: In case of an emergency, please inform one of the invigilators in the hall.
- Final Students: The last two students remaining in the exam hall must wait for one another and exit together.
