Important Exam Regulations for All Students
To ensure a fair and organized examination process, please adhere to the following regulations:
- Check the Schedule: Always check your subject, exam hall, date, and time each day before you arrive.
- Punctuality: Be at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the exam starts.
- Personal Materials: Bring only your own materials (pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener).
- Prohibited Devices: You are not allowed to bring any kind of devices into the exam halls, including earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones.
- Cheating Policy: Possession of any unauthorized writings or items will be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’. Ensure you have no pamphlets, books, or bags near or under your desk.
- Silence: Once exam papers are distributed, speaking will not be tolerated and may be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’.
- Emergencies: In case of emergencies, inform one of the invigilators.
- Questions: You are not allowed to talk to invigilators or ask questions during the exam, except in an emergency.
- Exiting the Hall: The two last students remaining in the exam hall must wait for each other and exit together.
