Dear 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-grade students,
We would like to inform you that your fall term final exams will officially begin on Saturday, January 11, 2025. To ensure you are fully prepared, please find the final exam schedule at the link provided below.
Important Exam Regulations
We kindly ask all students to adhere to the following regulations to ensure a smooth and fair examination process for everyone.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Permitted Materials: You are only allowed to bring your own pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener. Sharing materials is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Devices: Bringing any electronic devices, including earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones, into the exam hall is strictly forbidden.
- Academic Integrity: Possession of any unauthorized writings, pamphlets, books, or bags near your person or desk will be considered a ‘cheating attempt’.
- No Talking: Once exam papers are distributed, speaking or communicating with other students will not be tolerated and will be considered a ‘cheating attempt’.
- Emergency Protocol: In case of an emergency, please inform one of the invigilators in the hall. All other questions and communication during the exam are not permitted.
- Final Exit: The last two students remaining in the exam hall must wait for each other and exit the hall together.
