Important Exam Regulations for ELT Students
We kindly ask all students to adhere to the following regulations to ensure a smooth and fair examination process for everyone.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Permitted Materials: You are only allowed to bring your own pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener. Sharing materials is strictly prohibited.
- Prohibited Devices: Bringing any electronic devices, including earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones, into the exam hall is strictly forbidden.
- Academic Integrity: Possession of any unauthorized writings or materials will be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’. Ensure you have no pamphlets, books, or bags near you or under your desks.
- Speaking During Exam: Once exam papers are distributed, speaking or communicating with other students will not be tolerated and will be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’.
- Emergency Protocol: In case of an emergency, please inform one of the invigilators in the hall. You are not allowed to talk to invigilators or ask questions during the exam, as emergencies are the only exception.
- Final Exit: The final two students remaining in the exam hall must wait for each other and exit the hall together.
- Water Bottles: You are allowed to bring your own water bottles.
