Solid State Physics Poster Exhibition The Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University, organized a poster exhibition on Solid State Physic for Forth-stage students, held on May 2nd, 2023. This activity was supervised by Dr. Muhamad Hisham. Dr. Pshteewan, Head of the Physics Department, and Research Assistants Ms. Payam Najmadden and Mr. Sebur Salih, participated as jury members to evaluate the posters. Faculty of Education Football Tournament 2022-2023 The Faculty of Education at Tishk International University organized a football tournament from February 13th, 2023, to February 22nd, 2023. Six teams consisting of 54 students from all grades and departments of the education faculty participated in the tournament, and all teams demonstrated great friendship and fair play. On February 22nd, 2023, the final match was held at 15:30 between the physics and biology students. Astronomy Club The Astronomy Club at the Physics Department, Tishk International University held the first outdoor activity on February 2nd, 2022. The participating students and staff members gathered on this sunny day outdoors to observe the surface and spots on the Sun through a telescope, The telescope that we use in the Astronomy Club events is the property of Mohammad Abdulaziz from Physics Education Department -2021-2022. This telescope was sent to him as a gift from http://iau.org/public/telescopecollaboration/. The activity was enjoyable and informative.
