Seminar For Orientation Day for First Year Students 2022-2023
On the 12th of January, 2023, the Physics Department of the Faculty of Education at Tishk International University organized seminars on orientation day for first-year students of the new academic year, 2022-2023. The purpose of the orientation program was to welcome the new first-stage students and to introduce departmental staff members, university procedures, and the university environment.
The program included a welcoming speech by the Head of Department, Dr. Pshtiween Akrem and two seminars that were presented by Mr. Sebur Salih. The first seminar discussed course registration, website, and lecture notes and covered essential guidelines and policies of the University. The second seminar presented explained the Dean of Student activities and clubs. The newcomers were also toured around the campus and paid a visit to the labs and library.
We are delighted to have our beloved first-year students finally join us; we wish them a successful year ahead and an incredible academic journey!
