SD Math International Competition in Erbil

On September 14th, 2024, the SD Math International Competition was held at the Dedeman Hotel in Erbil, marking a significant event in the world of mathematics education. Organized by the Learning Journey Institute in collaboration with Tishk International University (TIU) and the SD Math Program, the competition brought together talented students from Kurdistan, Iraq, and several European and Arab countries, showcasing their mathematical skills and passion for learning.

Sponsored by the Mathematics Department at Tishk International University, King School, and Mars Labs Media Agency, the event highlighted the global importance of mathematical education and problem-solving. Several prominent personalities from Erbil, including university professors, school principals, and trainers, graced the competition with their presence. Media coverage from local and national channels captured the excitement, further emphasizing the significance of the event.
