As mathematics education department at tishk International university we had a International Workshop with Tempere University. On February 18, 2021 starting by 14:00 till 17:00 in education building, Hall: 302(Online). In total there were 37- participants form faculty of education and some participants from Tempere University. The Alumni Office with the cooperation of the Education Faculty organized a reunion for the Biology, Mathematics, and Physics Education departments, on January 13, 2021. In Education building. On 15 December 2020, students from 2,3 & 4 grades were invited by Dean of Students with the support of Mathematics Department at Tishk International University (TIU). The meeting was led by Dr. Azize Kavlu and Ms. Maria Kawa. The meeting agenda was to discuss innovative learning strategies, online learning, and support students while this online studying period to create collaborative and cooperative. It is also discussed to arrange peer tutoring. In this gathering, students expressed their expectations and arranged schedule for the next meeting, and it was very productive.   [wds id="26"]

On November 30, 2020, Mathematics Education Department staff, including head of departments and students from 3rd grades organized an exhibition on how to teach and use technology in their own teaching skills. There were 18 students who made the presentation about style of using and teaching the technology in the classroom for their future. There were also students from other grades who participated to get more knowledge about how to use technology. Moreover it was a kind of exam for 4th grades student they were evaluating 3rd grades and they were getting their marks for practice teaching based on their evaluation [...]
