Dear Academicians,

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 9th ICOWOBASS-2023 conference is officially open.

The 9th ICOWOBAS-2023, International Conference and Workshop on Basic and Applied Sciences, is a biannual conference organised by four worldwide universities, Tishk International University(Iraq), Salahaddin University Erbil (Iraq), Universitas Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia), Universitas Airlangga (Indonesia). After 15 continuous years of biannual ICOWOBAS organisation, we are proud to announce that we, Tishk International University, will host the 9th ICOWOBAS-2023.

The 9th ICOWOBAS-2023 conference will be held on 08th-10th May 2023, hosted by Tishk International University in the beautiful and historical city of Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The ICOWOBAS program will include workshops, paper presentations, and prominent keynote speakers. Herewith, prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts and papers.

The theme of the 9th ICOWOBAS-2023 is “To Present and Exchange Innovative Viable Ideas Relating to the Basic and Applied Sciences” and will address scopes as shown below but not limited to:

  • Pure and Applied Mathematics and Statistics
  • Biology and Biomedical Sciences
  • Pure and Applied Physics
  • Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
  • Computer and Data Science
  • Environmental Sciences

Publication:

The 9th ICOWOBAS-2023 has cooperation with five well-recognised publication venues. The selected papers in the conference will be considered for possible publication in:

Jurnal Teknologi Jurnal Teknologi is indexed in ESCI, Scopus and DOAJ, and has DOI number.
Malaysian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences (MJFAS) MJFAS is indexed in ESCI, Scopus and DOAJ, and has DOI number.
IEEE IEEE is indexed in Scopus and DOAJ, and has DOI number.
Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering (EAJSE) EAJSE is journal of Tishk International University and it is indexed in DOAJ and has DOI number.
Zanco Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (JPAS) Zanco Journal is journal of Salahaddin University and it is indexed in DOAJ and has DOI number.

 

Authors are also free to only present their work and not consider publication in the conference.
