A Workshop on Identity from a Linguistic and Sociological Perspective
The Department of Mathematics Education, Faculty of Education at the Tishk International University (TIU) pleased to announce a national workshop titled “A Review on Identity from a Linguistic and Sociological Perspective. The workshop will be presented by lecturer Suzan Sabri and lecturer Minwas Jamal Rasheed who is currently teaching as a part-time lecturer at the English Department of the Salahaddin University. This event will take place on December 18, 2024, at 14:00 in the Main Auditorium
This workshop aims to explore the intricate relationship between language and identity, delving into how sociocultural factors shape personal and collective identities. Participants will engage with expert speakers, participate in interactive discussions, and gain insights into contemporary research in this interdisciplinary field.
