We hope this message finds you well as you embark on the final stages of selecting your thesis supervisor.
We are pleased to announce that the Supervisor Selection Form is now available for you to fill out. Your thesis supervisor based on your preferences, with a specific focus on GPA rankings. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please carefully follow the instructions below:
How to Complete the Supervisor Selection Form:
Access the Form: The Supervisor Selection Form can be accessed via this link: http://forms.gle/rVrwJ35yexXVowcw9
Rank Your Preferred Supervisors: In the form, you will find a list of available supervisors. Rank them according to your preference, with the most preferred supervisor at the top of the list, and the least preferred at the bottom. The final decision will be made based on students’ GPA. Please note that lecturers only supervise between 2 to 3 projects.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting the Supervisor Selection Form is Wednesday, 15-11-2023. Late submissions will not be accepted, so please complete the form in a timely manner.
If you have already secured a thesis supervisor through prior arrangements, it is not necessary to complete the Supervisor Selection Form. This form is intended for students who are yet to finalize their supervisor.
