We would like to inform you that the midterm examinations for the current fall term are scheduled to begin on Saturday, November 9th, 2024. To ensure you are fully prepared, please find the official midterm schedule in the link below.
Key Examination Regulations for ELT Students
- Check the Schedule: Always double-check your schedule daily for your subject, exam hall, date, and time before coming to the university.
- Punctuality: Be at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the exam begins.
- Materials: Bring only your own materials (pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener). Sharing is not allowed.
- Prohibited Devices: You are not permitted to bring any electronic devices into the exam halls, including earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones.
- Cheating Policy: Possession of any unauthorized writings or materials on paper or other items will be considered a cheating attempt. Ensure you have no pamphlets, books, or bags near you or under your desk.
- Speaking During Exam: Once exam papers are distributed, speaking will not be tolerated and may also be considered a cheating attempt.
- Emergencies: In case of an emergency, please inform one of the invigilators in the hall.
- Last Two Students: The final two students remaining in the exam hall must wait for one another and exit together.
