Important Examination Regulations

Please review the following regulations carefully to ensure a smooth and successful examination period:


Exam Regulations

Regulation Description
Check the Schedule Remember to check your schedule daily for your subject, exam hall, date, and time before coming to the university
Punctuality Be at the exam hall at least 15 minutes before the exam begins
Bring Your Own Materials Use only your own pencil, pen, eraser, and sharpener
Prohibited Devices You are not allowed to bring any kind of devices into the exam halls, including earpods, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, or mobile phones
Cheating Policy Possession of any unauthorized writings or other items will be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’. Ensure you have no pamphlets, books, or bags near you or under your desk
Speaking is Not Tolerated Once exam papers are distributed, speaking will not be tolerated and can be considered a ‘Cheating Attempt’
In Case of Emergency You can inform one of the invigilators in the hall. You are not allowed to talk to invigilators or ask questions during the exam, except for emergencies
Final Students The last two students remaining in the exam hall shall wait for one another and exit the hall together
