  Tishk International University is taking the lead in both organizing and presenting the first ever national talk series for students in the Kurdistan Region called Kurdistan Students Talks (KST). KST is a student-led, student-organized, and student-ran series of talk events that is ran by students of English Language Teaching Department. The Joy of a Beginning: First Year Students Welcome Party On 22nd, December, 2016 education faculty welcomed its foundation year students. Foundation year (FY) students are the first year students of English Language Teaching, Physics, Mathematics and Biology departments. The students spent time with their lecturers and friends .The program started with the speech of the Dean of the Education Faculty (Dr. Suleyman Celik). He introduced to the philosophy of education in the Education faculty and Tishk International University. He lastly wished good wills and success in their new academic year.
