Capstone Project

Ms. Soma Hassan commenced the seminar by introducing the capstone project, highlighting its significance as a culminating experience where students can apply their accumulated knowledge and skills to address real-world challenges. She emphasized the project’s optional nature and the option for individual or group work, encouraging students to select a project aligned with their field of study. To guide students in project selection, Ms. Soma presented various scenarios, including developing handbooks, curriculum, assessment tools, and carrying out competitions. These scenarios served as thought-provoking prompts, encouraging students to consider projects that align with their interests and aspirations.

Concluding the seminar, Ms. Soma reiterated the significance of the capstone project as an opportunity for students to showcase their expertise and potential to prospective employers. She encouraged students to seize this opportunity by selecting a project that sparks their enthusiasm and challenges their intellectual capabilities, while also seeking feedback from capstone project advisors and other faculty members to refine their work.
