A Field trip for ELT Students
On December 22nd, 2021, the ELT Department of the Faculty of Education-TIU organized a Field trip to Nilufer High School. Approximately 41 students of the ELT Department participated in the trip which was held under the supervision of Ms. Kanar Zirak and Ms. Fatimah Saadi. The students visited classes, libraries, and laboratories of the school. The trip ended with students having lunch in the garden of the school and they were very inspired by what they experienced on the trip.
The Aims of the Trip were:
- Making the students see a different environment rather than their own universitys’.
- Students will socialize with other students there and meet other teachers there which familiarize students with their different ways of seeing things, teaching & learning strategies, and dealing with things.
