Alumni Reunion Iftar

The English Language Department, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University (TIU) welcomed back its graduates for an iftar gathering on April 2nd, 2024 at the university campus. The event marked a significant occasion for the alumni class of 2023, celebrating their achievements, fostering networking, and strengthening the bonds within the TIU community.

The gathering aimed not just to break the day’s fast together in the spirit of Ramadan but also to create a platform for graduates to reconnect, share their post-graduation experiences, and discuss their professional journeys. It was a moment for the alumni to showcase where life had taken them since their graduation, with many sharing stories of their new roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and further studies. The iftar dinner also served as a moment for reflection on the values and education imparted by TIU. The university officials, including the ELT staff members and the head of the department, were present to hear the success stories of their former students, offering words of encouragement and discussing prospects.
