Important Notes:

  • If a student, due to any reasons, fails to submit her/his manuscript to the First Plagiarism Check on April 24, 2022, s/he holds only the option of the Second (final) Plagiarism Check on May 10, 2022, and if the work is plagiarized (more than 25%) or not completed by then, the student fails the course and shall re-register for the summer semester.
  • Students shall follow the rules and regulations stated in the Graduation Research Handbook.
  • The outcome of the Graduation Research Project viva examination. The options open to examiners in determining the result of the examination are as follows:
  1. If the research meets the criteria set out in regulations and the candidate satisfies the examiners in the oral examination, they will recommend that the research is accepted without any corrections.
  2. If the research otherwise meets the criteria but requires minor amendments, and the candidate satisfies the examiners in the oral examination, they may require him/her to make amendments they specify. The amendments shall not exceed the length of time indicated above. The candidate must submit the amended research to one of their committee nominated members by the examiners for confirmation that the amendments are satisfactory.
  3. If the research seems inadequate, insufficient of merit and the candidate can not justify the work to the examiners, then the examiners have the right to reject the research, and the candidate shall re-register in the summer semester and represent the work in a revised form for re-examination.
