NPC-2019 3rd National POP-conference (NPC-2019) was held on 2nd of March 2019 by Education Faculty of Tishk International University. Faculty of Education organizes professional development (PD) series for pre-service teachers to increase students’ skills and to make them aware of professional teaching and learning. The Faculty of Education in Tishk International University holds a weekly debate competition between several prominent universities of kurdistan aiming to boost up the academic, critical, intellectual, and argumentation skills of undergraduate students of such universities. Among these 16 participant universities, and meanwhile running the 2nd round of the competition, Tishk International university matches Sulaymani University. The debate session was run on 6th march 2019 and took 1 hour and half.
