Biology Department Successfully Launches Female Staff Training at TIU
The Biology Department, Faculty of Education, Tishk International University (TIU), successfully launched the Female Staff Professional Development Training for the 2025–2026 academic year on October 9, 2025, under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Aziza Kavlu.
The training aimed to enhance the professional, academic, and personal development of female staff through a series of sessions covering academic dedication, professional networking, communication skills, work-life balance, research collaboration, and professional integrity.
The training concluded on January 8, 2026, with active participation from female academic staff. This initiative reflects the Biology Department’s commitment to fostering continuous professional growth and empowering women in academia.
The Biology Department extends its sincere appreciation to Assist. Prof. Dr. Aziza Kavlu , all facilitators, and participants for their valuable contributions and dedication throughout the training.
