Astronomy Club Third Outdoor Activity: Solar Eclipse The Astronomy Club at the Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University held the third outdoor activity to observe the Solar Eclipse that occurred on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022, at 2:00 PM. The astronomical event was observed using a refractor telescope. Weekly Seminar on Introduction to Practice Teaching On October 10th, 2022, the Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University held its weekly seminar titled: Introduction to Practice Teaching. The seminar was presented by Dr. Pshtewan from the Department of Physics Education. Students from 4th grade participated in this informative seminar.

Astronomy Club The Astronomy Club at the Physics Department, Tishk International University held the first outdoor activity on February 2nd, 2022. The participating students and staff members gathered on this sunny day outdoors to observe the surface and spots on the Sun through a telescope, The telescope that we use in the Astronomy Club events is the property of Mohammad Abdulaziz from Physics Education Department -2021-2022. This telescope was sent to him as a gift from http://iau.org/public/telescopecollaboration/. The activity was enjoyable and informative.
