On Tuesday March 2nd, 2021, Department of Physics Education continued weekly seminar series for Spring Semester. The first seminar was about nanotechnology. As it is known nanotechnology is a hot study of research area in physics. The seminar was presented by Asst. Prof. Dr Azeez Barzinjy from Department of Physics Education. On Saturday March 6, 2021, at 10.30 AM, department of physics education department organised a "National Sharing Experience Workshop-Online" for physics students. The guests will be teachers from different schools, and they will share their valuable experiences with our students. It will be held online through zoom platform. The 4th International Nanotechnology Workshop was performed as planned on Monday 28th, December 2020 in two sessions. It was organized by the department of physics education at TIU. The participants joined the workshop through the zoom link which was published before on the website of department of physics education. A detailed workshop program and an abstract book of the presentations were also provided on the webpage. The program started with the promotional video of Tishk International University. On December 22, 2020 we had internal departmental seminar about Extraction of Bioactive Phytochemicals entitled (Extraction of Natural Compounds), the presentation was held by Assistant Professor (Dr. Javed Ahamad) PhD Pharmacognosy & Phytochemistry, from Faculty of pharmacy.             

On December 28, Monday, 2020, Physics education department organized the 4th International Nanotechnology Workshop (Online). Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year the workshop will be online through zoom. There will be 6 Keynote speakers for the workshop.    It will start at 10.00 AM on Monday 28, 2020. There will be two sessions. One session from 10.00 to 12.10 AM, and then a rest time from 12.25 to 14.00 AM, and the second session from 14.00 to 16.00 AM.
