As Physics Education department at Tishk International University, we are glad to welcome freshman physics. Congratulations to your acceptance in the physics education department, Tishk International University. The physics education department is an effective platform for successful physics teacher candidates. In our department, our motto is “Physics is everywhere!” Wherever, whenever, whatever you look at, physics exists. Everybody is engaged with physics wherever is he or she! Students were first received in the Physics department in 2014, and the first batch was graduated in 2018. The physics education department has a broad vision to prepare physics teachers with updated knowledge, having a worthy background in physics and modern teaching methods.

TODAY'S PREPARATION..... TOMORROW'S SUCCESS.

Students who will apply for departments of Physics Education, If the percentage degree was more than 70 % she/he will get 100 %. If the percentage degree was between 60 – 69 % she/he will get 80 % Scholarships.    Note: 1- Any students graduated from high school of Tishk International and Nilufer College she/he will get 20 % scholarships. 2- If students get one more scholarships, Students must choose one of them.

Tishk International University celebrated its 7th graduation which held at 8:00 PM on Monday, June, 25, 2018 in the campus of Tishk International University. The ceremony started with a moment of silence for the martyrs of Kurdistan and the national anthem. Then some verses of Quran – Karim has been read by Sheikh Jarjis Ibrahim. A promotion video was presented to Introduce Tishk International University’s achievements to the guests and parents. Physics Education Department at Tishk International University has organized a student workshop on Graduation Research Projects. It was held on May 27, 2018 at Education Faculty build conference hall. Senior (4th grade) students presented their researches to staffs and 3rd grade students. The aim was to give ideas to 3rd grade students about graduation projects and to share experiences. On 24.05.2018, the 3rd year students under the supervision of Dr. Duran Kala prepared posters about given topics related to the general biology course. They tried to explain their posters to jury members and the visitors. The aim of this exhibition was to develop teaching and research study ability of future Physics teachers in general biology.
