- The main aim of the Physics Education Department is to train students in order to be physics teachers for all levels of the education system, from secondary to university.
- In our department, students will gain an appreciation of physics in common life experiences, understand the nature of physics, gain insight into physical processes, and gain the ability to think critically.
- As a student in physics education, you’ll learn your skills as a problem solver who can work on sophisticated research and development projects. These skills cover problem solving, analytical abilities, mathematical modelling, the design and interpretation of experiments, research experience, computer skills, and communication skills.
- In the Faculty of Education, the medium of teaching is the English language. The program of physics education to be taught in English language has a mission that includes teaching, research and service consistent with the wide missions of the faculty of education.
- Our program covers the breadth of physics from mechanics to modern physics with practical lessons in the fully equipped physics laboratories.
- We offer high standard education with internationally professional teaching academics.
- Our department offers education in the level of European curriculum, which was accredited by the ASIC company from England.

Strategies
- Demonstrate the ability to perform theoretical calculations in basic areas of physics (Mechanics, Electricity & Magnetism, and Modern Physics).
- Demonstrate quantitative and qualitative analysis of physical problems.
- Proficient with equipment and procedures used to acquire and analyse data of physical phenomena through performance in laboratory activities.
- Perform analysis and calculations based on experimental data, draw and present valid conclusions, and process and visualise their data.
- Grasp things and be able to come up with the methods that can offer better personality development of the students.
- Understand and use a variety of instructional strategies so that they are able to solve problems, think critically, and show better performance.
- Create a learning environment to encourage positive social interactions, self-motivation, and active learning engagement.
