Dear Students,
The medical team will visit TIU again Tomorrow Wed Dec 1st, 2021; to vaccinate students, they will be in the same place as before and they will be here from 9:00 to 13:00, Those who want to take the vaccine please fill the form below as soon as possible and send the link to your friends so they know about this opportunity.
Please be prepared tomorrow and you can visit the team anytime between 9:00-13:00.
The Team will be in Dentistry Building, 3rd Floor.
Those who filled the google form survey before will need to fill the form again today for the second round of the campaign. Please do not register if you may not come to take the vaccine because we need the exact number of students who will take the vaccine.
If you come to take the vaccine and your name is not registered you will not be allowed to come with us.
