Computer Education Department Students’ Lunch Day
On March 6th, 2024, students from the Computer Education Department, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University (TIU) had the responsibility of organizing and managing staff lunch, promoting their abilities and fostering stronger relationships, students took charge of preparing lunch for the staff, creating a day of delicious food and friendly companionship.
The event not only offered students practical experience in food preparation and service, but also cultivated a sense of accountability, collaboration, and guidance. The students collaborated together, with each individual leveraging their distinct skills and ideas to craft an unforgettable dining experience for the staff. The staff members were presented with a delicious assortment of food prepared by the pupils. While savouring the delectable lunch, the atmosphere was permeated with laughing and conversation, intensifying the feeling of camaraderie and connection among the department members.
The event demonstrated the comprehensive educational approach at Tishk International University, which fosters the development of not just academic abilities but also interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership traits in students. The students showcased their aptitude for excelling in various settings and making great contributions to their community by assuming responsibility for lunch preparations.
