Korean Consulate Invitation
On June 20th, 2022, Mr CHO Kijoung, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Erbil, hosted a luncheon in Ramada Hotel for the lecturers, professors, students, and volunteers of Tishk International University who actively participated in demonstrating Korean booths at the University’s spring festival.
Consul General appreciated the 5th International Festival of Language, Culture, and Science and extended his gratitude and appreciation for the hard work and devotion of the participants for making the event a great success.
Consul General also reaffirmed that the Korean Consulate in Erbil looks forward to working with the Kurdistan Region’s young generation to expand their creativity and opportunities to explore their skills and talents.
During the ceremony, Dr Mehmet Ozdemir, Dean of the Faculty of Education of the Tishk International University, emphasized the importance of collaboration between the University and the Consulate and hoped that more academic and cultural activities to be implemented in the future.
