Honour Ceremony from Ministry of Higher Education<\/h4>\n

On January 15th, 2024, the ceremony acknowledged the outstanding contributions of researchers in the Top 2% of Global Researchers at Stanford University’s Database for 2023 was held. The ceremony was carried out in the presence of the esteemed guests, Dr Aram Mohammed\u00a0<\/strong>Qadir,<\/b> the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Region, The Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Authority, the Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Research and Development Center, the Leaders of the Ministry and the General Directors of the Universities and Institutions of Higher Education in the Kurdistan Region.<\/p>\n

This ceremony highlighted the researchers’ significant contributions as one of the top 2% of global researchers. The distinguished academician Prof. Dr. Azeez Abdullah Barznji was honoured and included in this list. Hence, we must express our gratitude to those leaders who played pivotal roles in achieving remarkable accomplishments and victories in their respective fields, contributing significantly to advancing knowledge and academic excellence. We extend our sincere appreciation to Prof. Dr. Azeez Abdullah Barznji who is part of TIU as a part time staff member in the Physics Education Department, for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the advancement of higher education and scientific research.<\/p>\n
