Department staff members and students from all grades attended the workshop. Staff members from other faculties also joined the event. The workshop included two sessions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Session 1: Session Chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ismail Murad<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Welcoming speech by the Head of the Physics Education Department, Dr. Pshtiwan Akrem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; The first presentation, entitled &#8220;Qualities that Employers are Looking for in Employing New Graduate Teachers&#8221; presented by Mr. Sivar Aziz, Assistant Lecturer in the Physics Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; The second speech was given by Dr. Muhammad Hisham, a lecturer in the Physics Department. The presentation entitled &#8220;Determine your Field of Interest&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; A coffee break was included for about 15 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Session 2: Session Chair, Dr. Pshtiwan Akrem<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; The first speech was presented by Ms. Asia Omer, a teacher WHO freshly graduated from the Department of Physics Education, Faculty of Education at Tishk International University. Ms. Asia is currently employed as a teacher at Cambridge International School in Erbil, Iraq. She presented &#8220;The Challenges Facing a Fresh Teacher.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; The following presentation entitled &#8220;The Importance of Activities During Study&#8221; was delivered by Mr. Sebur Salih, a Research Assistant at the Department of Physics Education.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; &#8220;Time Management&#8221; was presented by Miss. Payam Najmadden, a Research Assistant in the Department of Physics Education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; Asst. Prof. Dr. Ismail Murad. A Lecturer of Astronomy and Lab Coordinator at the Physics Education Department delivered the last presentation, entitled &#8220;How to Apply New Pedagogical Approaches in Teaching Physics.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During the event, certificates of appreciation were awarded to the participants.
