The workshop also addresses the challenges new physics teachers face and preparation for those challenges in view of time management, class activities, and innovative pedagogy.\u00a0 Thus, the workshop seeks to accomplish the following goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To clarify, multiple factors influence teaching skills.<\/li>\n<li>To overcome common challenges faced by a fresh teacher.<\/li>\n<li>To present the mobile role-playing field of the teacher (the teacher simultaneously teaches and learns from the student).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This workshop is held by the Physics Education Department, Faculty of Education, Tishk International University, Erbil-Iraq, KRG.
