The workshop included 6 talks from 6 different universities; Tishk International University, Ulster university-England, Salahaddin University, Sulaimani University, Soran University, and Zakho University. Early in the session, the head of board of trustees and the president of the Tishk Int. University Dr. Idris Hadi and the president of the Salahaddin University Dr. Ahmed Dizayee also attended to the workshop. This year there was a distinguished guest from England as a keynote speaker: Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed.\u00a0 He is from Nanotechnology Integrated Biomedical Engineering Centre, NIBEC, Ulster University. He has PhD from Biomedical Engineering and working on drug formulation and drug delivery.
