The workshop&#8217;s theme, \u201cBuilding Character for Effective Teaching: Unveiling the Key Qualities of Impactful Educators,\u201d aligns with <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">UN Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> by focusing on teacher training and professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span class=\"selected\">Key Highlights<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The event, which highlighted the link between ethical values and educational impact, began with an opening ceremony led by the <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Physics Education Department at TIU<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">. The sessions featured prominent professors, faculty members, and emerging educators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The first session was chaired by <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Mr. Reman Sabah<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> and included keynote speeches from:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Prof. Dr. Uthman Muhammed Gharib<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> from Salahaddin University, who spoke on the ethical principles of impactful educators.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Prof. Dr. Azeez A. Barzinjy<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> from Soran University and TIU, who delivered a presentation on shaping future leaders through strong scientific foundations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The workshop fostered a collaborative atmosphere, with networking breaks allowing educators to exchange ideas. The second session featured a keynote from <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Asst. Prof. Dr. Khalid Ismail Mustafa<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> of Koya University, who discussed the psychological foundations needed for impactful teaching.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The event concluded with a closing ceremony and certificate distribution, marking a successful day of professional growth and transformative learning. By focusing on character, ethics, and psychological awareness, this workshop sets a new standard for educational innovation, inspiring educators to create impactful learning
