Vice Presidents, Deans of Faculties, and lecturers attended the conference. The event started with the opening speech by Dr. Süleyman Çelik Chair of NASCON and the Dean of Faculty of Education. The keynote speech of the conference made by Dr. Kamal Surji Academic faculty member- Hawler Medical University, Academic Consultant and Healthcare Provider-Board Certified Respiratory Care Tennessee, USA.
