This intensive program will run from <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">June 29 to July 3, 2025<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">, and aims to equip participants with foundational pedagogical skills essential for effective classroom practice.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span class=\"selected\">Comprehensive Modules for Future Educators<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The training will consist of <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">six comprehensive modules<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">, each delivered by expert lecturers from different departments within the Faculty of Education. Each module is carefully adapted to suit the developmental level and needs of pre-service teachers, ensuring a supportive and practical learning experience. The modules include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Communication and Ethics:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Focused on clear and ethical communication in educational settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Student-Centered Learning:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Emphasizes how to implement student-centered approaches effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">ICT in Education:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Teaches innovative lesson planning using various ICT tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Innovative Teaching and Learning Methods:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Explores modern, engaging teaching strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Competence-Based Education:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Provides a clear understanding of competence-based frameworks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span class=\"selected\">Educational Integrity and Assessment:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> Focuses on upholding academic integrity in assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">This initiative directly supports <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education)<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> by enhancing teacher training, as well as <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> through cross-departmental collaboration within the Faculty of Education.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span class=\"selected\">Learning Outcomes and Recognition<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">By the end of the training, participants will gain a clear understanding of ethical communication, learn to implement student-centered approaches, and develop innovative lesson plans using ICT tools.
