The young visitors were warmly welcomed by <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">Dr. Orhan Tug<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">, Head of the Mathematics Education Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span class=\"selected\">An Interactive Learning Experience<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The visit began with a guided tour of the department\u2019s facilities and educational resources. The students then participated in a lively <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">question and answer session<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\"> in the Mathematics model classroom. During this session, TIU lecturers and students showcased the use of <\/span><strong><span class=\"selected\">physical manipulatives in teaching<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"selected\">. They demonstrated how these tools can make complex mathematical concepts both fun and accessible, turning abstract ideas into tangible, engaging experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"selected\">The BISK students were captivated by the interactive demonstrations and enjoyed learning new mathematical tricks.
