The Dean of Students<\/a> at Tishk International University (TIU)<\/a> held a food fundraising event on November 29th, 2023, in which it also showcased the university’s commitment to community service and student engagement through the introduction of the social community projects and clubs held at the university. The event was hosted by our student Revan Rzgar and featured a compelling speech by Dr. Mohammed Abdullghani, Dean of Students enriching the day with insightful perspectives and inspiration for the university community. Collaborating with faculties, students, and staff, the initiative sought to bolster and advance the community service projects held at the university.<\/p>\n Annually, the Dean of Students organizes food fundraising projects where students and staff contribute and sell a variety of items, including food, desserts, and drinks. Volunteer students actively engage in the preparation and sale of these items, gaining a broader understanding of the value of social responsibilities. Students at the Mathematics Education Department, as every year, participated in the event, to raise funds for the projects held by the department. Our students introduced its community service projects using posters and brochures, and explained to the visitors what the project covers and how it helps the community.<\/p>\n We extend our sincere gratitude to all students and staff who participated and contributed to this event.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
