Prof. Dr. AbdulNasir Isah presented an external seminar titled <strong>Open Problems in Fractional Calculus,<\/strong> organised by the Head of the Mathematics Department, Faculty of Science at <a href=\"http:\/\/su.edu.krd\/\">Salahaddin University<\/a>. He expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the presenter and the members of the Mathematics Education Department at <a href=\"http:\/\/tiu.edu.iq\/\">Tishk International University<\/a> for their
