The event start by welcoming speech from head of department Dr. Orhan Tug. Than we explain in detail to the how the process is goes on at (TIU). We start with in the short video about the university, we explain SIS system, GPA calculation, exam rule, attendance issue, and writing report if they want to request anything, advising issue including dean of students (clubs) and specially disciplinary cases. At the end we toured in the university to introduce our university to them. Last day we call all freshman students to university also, dean of faculty of education <strong>Dr.Suleyman Celik<\/strong>\u00a0including\u00a0all staff \u00a0participate in the event first the dean gave his speech and he introduce his self to them than the other staffs introduce them self. The event was led by <strong>Ms.Maria kawa<\/strong> is a Research Assistant at mathematics department.
