About Mathematics Education Department<\/h1><\/div>

\nWhy Mathematics Education Department?<\/p>\n

  1. We strongly suggest\/recommend Mathematics Education Department of TIU to all applicants, the rationale behind our suggestion\/recommendation is that.<\/li>\n
  2. We offer high standard education with internationally professional teaching academics in a small size classroom.<\/li>\n
  3. We offer European standard curriculum which was accredited by ASIC company.<\/li>\n
  4. We offer the best standard for second and third cycle education after graduating with our curriculum. Graduates can start with the graduate studies directly without any academic or scientific hiccups.<\/li>\n
  5. We offer departmental career events regularly at each level within the four academic years.<\/li>\n
  6. We offer departmental extracurricular academic and nonacademic events in order to boost the level of understanding and also prepare our graduates in future endeavor.<\/li>\n
  7. We offer such activities that can be useful to graduates after graduation on weekly bases math days programs.<\/li>\n
  8. We offer a conducive environment\/atmosphere to our applicants where they can freely communicate with any academics or academicians of their choice (This will improve their communication skills).<\/li>\n
  9. The applicants who are not properly informed will definitely be deformed, base on this, we offer guidance and counselling service for our applicants which enable us deal with their academic and personal problems with the aid of research assistants.<\/li>\n
  10. We guarantee job to our applicants whenever they complete the departmental instructions on time.<\/li>\n

    The program\u2019s aspirations for the graduates are to:<\/p>\n

    1. Develop a solid foundation in mathematics, including concepts in pre-calculus, finite mathematics, and advanced calculus and appreciate history and development of mathematics.<\/li>\n
    2. Gain proficiency in fundamental mathematical theories, such as linear algebra, abstract algebra, complex analysis, and differential equations.<\/li>\n
    3. Acquire strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities through extensive practice in mathematics.<\/li>\n
    4. Enhance language proficiency in English, Turkish, and Kurdology for ease of communication, analysis, and evaluation of mathematical concepts and arguments.<\/li>\n
    5. Understand the principles and methods of teaching mathematics, educational psychology, guidance and counselling, and pedagogical techniques preparing them to effectively engage and teach students in mathematics.<\/li>\n
    6. Develop programming language like Python and computational skills using mathematical software such as MATLAB to solve mathematical problems and perform data analysis.<\/li>\n
    7. Familiarize with foundational concepts in physics and their mathematical applications, promoting interdisciplinary knowledge.<\/li>\n
    8. Engage in research projects, developing skills in conducting independent research and presenting findings in the field of mathematics.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
