The seminar <span style=\"color: var(--awb-text-color); font-family: var(--awb-text-font-family); font-size: var(--awb-font-size); font-style: var(--awb-text-font-style); font-weight: var(--awb-text-font-weight); letter-spacing: var(--awb-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--awb-text-transform); background-color: var(--awb-bg-color-hover);\">proved to be a pivotal experience in their academic journey. It provided these aspiring future educators with valuable insights into classroom dynamics and effective pedagogical strategies. By delving into school policies and culture, the seminar equipped the students with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful internship, setting the stage for their future roles as
