This training program is designed to achieve several key outcomes, benefiting both the faculty members and the overall quality of English Language Education, promoting pedagogical excellence, enhanced subject knowledge, integration of technology, research, collaboration, and professional networking. The ELT Department<\/a> Professional Development Training for the academic staff of the Faculty of Education aims to elevate the quality of English Language by enhancing the pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, and professional growth of the faculty members.<\/span><\/p>\n
