As part of their practical training (practice teaching course) within the study program, fourth-grade student teachers from the Department of English Language Teaching, Faculty of Education<\/a> at Tishk International University<\/a> carry out their teaching practicum at various public and private schools. The field of practical training is considered an essential arena for learning, and it emphasizes connections between theory and experience.<\/p>\n All practical training is supervised and mentored in authentic professional classroom contexts. During this training, the student teachers gain teaching experience through systematic observation and communication with students and teachers. This course emphasizes the classroom as an academic, social, and democratic learning arena. Throughout the training, the teacher students are regularly visited by their supervisors from the university to develop and maintain the training program.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
