On 18 & 19 November 2020, ELT Department at Tishk International University (TIU) has organized an activity to welcome 2nd grade ELT students for new academic year. ELT has long known that feeling safe and friendship in university help learners to focus more on their learning process which it is proved by researchers. All of the students have contributed their feeling that how are they happy to have such kind of activities. In this gathering, students contributed some kind of activities which can be done within their academic year whether it can be academic to develop their academic skills or social for their entertainment. The event was led by Ms. Fatimah Saadi is an Assistant Lecture at ELT.It was attended by 33 students and Tstaffs from the department ( Ms. Kanar Zirak, Ms Zilan Mohammed and Dr. Aziza Kavlu).<\/p>\n
